For those traveling from New Chitose Airport to this hot spring haven, here are the recommended transportation options:

• Take the bus to Lake Shikotsu from the airport's platform 28. Departures are at 8:25, 11:35, 14:30, and 16:30. You can either swipe a card or pay upon exiting the bus, and the journey takes approximately 60 minutes.
• Upon arrival at Lake Shikotsu, hop aboard the hotel's shuttle bus, which departs at 15:30 and 17:30, with a travel time of around 20 minutes.
